OAHCP Membership
Becoming an OAHCP member is simply and quick! Just download the desired form, complete it, and mail a check.
There are three types of membership:
Associate Membership: Associate Members shall be composed of any shareholder, officer, director, consultant or employee of a long term care entity holding full Membership.
Individual membership dues are:
$125.00 annually for professional consultants;
$75.00 annually for shareholders, officers, or directors of member facilities; or
$50.00 annually for licensed administrators not currently employed or those
currently employed as an administrator in a member facility.
Faculity Membership: Membership of this Association shall be composed of institutions, establishments, entities or homes operating as nursing homes, ICF/MR's, assisted living facilities, adult day care, home care agencies, hospices, residential care facilities, and which are licensed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma as such, which have been approved for membership by the Board of Directors.
Membership dues are:
Monthly Dues Payment: $55.00 per lic. bed
Quarterly Dues Payment: $53.00 per lic. bed
Semi-Annual Dues Payment: $51.00 per lic. bed
Annual Dues Payment: $50.00 per lic. bed
