OAHCP/OKALA announces “Extreme Makeover Senior Living Edition” Convention and Trade Show – April 12-14, 2010 – Embassy Suites – Norman, Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Association of Health Care Providers and the Oklahoma Assisted Living Association will again join together this year for their annual convention and trade show. This year we have moved to “Norman” to the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center, 2501 Conference Drive.

We are excited about our new venue and look forward to seeing everyone there. The meeting registration is attached for your use or you can register on-line at www.oahcp.org – click on OAHCP icon in right hand corner to register.

Hotel reservations need to be made ASAP. Visit our website at www.oahcp.org for a link to the hotel registration. Cutoff date for hotel reservations at the discounted rate is March 29, so make your reservations today. Easier to cancel a hotel registration then not have a registration at all.

The Extreme Makeover Senior Living Edition will be “GOING GREEN” this year. Handouts WILL NOT be provided at the convention BUT you will have the opportunity to download in advance of the meeting and bring them with you. If you register on-line you will receive a confirmation number on your convention invoice and will use that number to download handouts AFTER March 29 (handouts will not be available for downloading until after March 29.) If you register via fax or mail you will be sent an email (please include email address on registration) with access number to be used for downloading.
