2012 Fall Fair

The 13th Annual OAHCP Fall Fair is September 18th & 19th. It will be held at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center. See below for registration and travel information.

Attendee Registration

Attendee registration will start in August for the 2012 Fall Fair. For the online registration we will be accepting American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration

Exhibitor and Sponsor online registration is now available for the 2012 Fall Fair. For the online registration we will be accepting American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.

Travel and Accommodations

Attendees will stay at the beautiful Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma (see map). A block of rooms have been reserved for a single/double rate of $125.00 per night but you must state you are with the OAHCP. The cut off date to receive the discounted rate is Sunday, September 2nd.
